A New Prince is Born! Shop the Royal Edit
It's a boy!
Royal baby hysteria is sweeping the globe with the news Kate has welcomed her third child overnight, a little brother to Prince George and Princess Charlotte. To mark this joyous occasion we thought we'd share some of our favourite royal outfits donned by the gorgeous Duke of Cambridge, Prince George... who also happens to be third in line to the British throne!
Like most mothers, when it comes to dressing the mini's, Kate too has her 'go to' labels. Many of the outfits seen on George (and Charlotte) are designed by renowned UK fashion houses and vary in price point from modest to luxury. Rachel Riley is a notable favourite. Her retro inspired designs and smocking can often be spotted on dungarees, 2 piece sets and knitwear worn by George - particularly during his toddler years (pre school uniform!) Pepa & Co, Cath Kidston and Amaia kids are also on high rotation in the little Prince's wardrobe and have experienced huge surges in sales since the Duchess of Cambridge gave them her royal tick of approval.
The world certainly took notice when Prince George stepped out in a grey wool coat with velvet trims on Christmas day. The Ancar coat sold out within minutes of pictures circulating, leaving parents scrambling online to secure one. The double breasted overcoat has since been restocked in two colour ways and is available here.
Other children's wear designers delivering elegant, classical attire fit for a future king include Olivier Baby & Kids, Petite Bateau, Laranjinha, Nanos, Il Gufo, Babidu, Caramel, Paloma De La O, Sarah Louise, Tartine et Chocolat and Mebi.
